Shipping & Returns

  • Your order will be dispatched on the next business day after the order is placed.
  • We use New Zealand Couriers for all online orders.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a delivery date and tracking details so that you can follow your gloves' journey to your door.
  • If your order is over $100 the delivery is on us. For orders under $100 a courier charge of $9.90 will apply.

What we do

  • We'll act promptly
  • If we require more information we'll let you know
  • If we require the tool back to make a decision we'll provide a free Return Post ticket
  • We'll inspect (by photo or return) make a quick decision and replace your tool free of charge if we deem it to be a manufacturing fault or a defect in materials.

What isn't warrantied

  • It isn't possible for us to warranty wear and tear because we can't measure the use the tool has goes through.
  • If we consider the tool to have been through reasonable wear and tear or the tool has deteriorated through misuse we'll let you know of our decision.
